DAVID J. L. FRETTE 

David J. L. Frette has devoted his practice to Workers’ Compensation Defense, Appellate Practice, insurance coverage issues, and subrogation since 1998.  Mr. Frette became an Owner-Member with Perrine, Redemann, Berry, Taylor & Frette, PLLC in February, 2015.  In addition to extensive trial work before the Workers’ Compensation Courts in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, Mr. Frette has presented arguments before both the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals and the Oklahoma Supreme Court.   Mr. Frette has provided representation in these areas to some of the largest insurance carriers and self-insured employers in the industry.  In addition to his legal work, Mr. Frette has provided education to attorneys, employers, and insurance adjusters in numerous seminars. 

Education:  Mr. Frette graduated from The Ohio State University (BA 1992) and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma (1995).  While in law school, Mr. Frette served as Legal Clerk for Judge Charles Johnston of the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals.  

Admissions:  Admitted to the bar 1995, Oklahoma; 1996, Missouri; and also admitted in 1998 to practice before the US District Court Northern District.
